We have been looking for new music now for a while. We have been blessed with the chance to get our hands on a couple of good CDs to review lately. The newest one we got to review is the Manic Drive’s latest album VIP, which released on October 14th and thanks to Flyby Promotions in exchange for an honest blog review.
My Mom, Delbert, Zeva, and I listened to this CD on our way back from our fall festivities. I personally liked the VIP and I Hide You Seek. My favorite song off of the Manic Drive VIP CD was Electric. Those were the songs that captured my attention on the drive home. The other songs on the CD are nice, but they are not the type of songs that you remember listening to later on.
Manic Drive is actually a band that is well known in Canada. They have actually been in the Billboard Top 10 & 20 singles on CHR and Christian Rock Radio. They strive to get their audiences to “pursue a deeper walk with Christ.” It comes out in their music as well.
