Adventure Time: Jake the Dad
WHAT TIME IS IT?! Time to snag your very own JAKE HAT! That’s right fans, this September not only will Cartoon Network introduce the newest DVD release in its top-selling franchise from its massive hit series, but it will also toss in a Jake hat, to boot. Adventure Time: Jake the Dad, the all-new compilation DVD release, features 16 popular episodes from seasons four and five of the series, PLUS a must-have Jake hat included as an on-pack bundle, which makes a perfect complement to the Finn hat fans got with last year’s release of Adventure Time: Jake vs. Me-Mow! With nearly three hours of episodes and an awesome hat – which is worth $20 on its own! – the Adventure Time: Jake the Dad DVD release will be available at retail on September 17 and is priced to own at $24.98. Retailer pre-orders for the release are due August 13.
Along with a Little Did You Know character special feature – and the aforementioned sweet hat – the Adventure Time: Jake the Dad DVD features the following episodes:
1. Jake the Dad 9. Mystery Dungeon
2. Burning Low 10. All Your Fault
3. Gotcha! 11. Five More Short Graybles
4. Sons of Mars 12. Vault of Bones
5. BMO Noire 13. Simon & Marcy
6. The Hard Easy 14. Puhoy
7. I Remember You 15. One Last Job
8. All the Little People 16. BMO Lost
The Adventure Time home video catalog has been a huge hit since its debut, and Adventure Time: Jake the Dad will continue to feed the demand for all things Adventure Time! The catalog also includes other best-selling episodic and full season releases, including the show’s first two Blu-ray releases, Adventure Time: The Complete First Season and Adventure Time: The Complete Second Season, which were released in June, along with the season two DVD. Episodic releases including Adventure Time: My Two Favorite People, Adventure Time: It Came From the Nightosphere, Adventure Time: Jake vs. Me-Mow! and Adventure Time: Fionna and Cake are all currently available at retail. Our Review of This Movie:
by: Jimmy Green
The movie Adventure Time: Jake the Dad is a nice movie. Adventure time is a cool movie that is a real adventure. The best part of the movie is called, All Your Fault. There were some parts of the show I didn’t like. I wasn’t fond of: I Remember You, Gotcha, and BMO Noire.
Overall, I liked it alot. My brother and sister seemed to enjoy it too. I even watched my Mom sneaking some down time and watching it herself off and on.

Disclosure: Again we did receive this movie for review in exchange for an honest review. That in no way shaped our opinion or thoughts on this movie. (This review is done by a 9 year old child who is very opinionated like his mother.)
This looks like such a cute movie. My kids would love it.
Mine do enjoy it. They are huge Adventure Time fans. I don’t see the appeal to much, but it keeps them quiet for a period of time. They can’t sit through the whole DVD in one sitting though. (We only watch maybe one to two hours of TV a day, if that.)
