I mentioned in my last dealership post just how much I LOVE being a car dealership hopper. I literally could make a living going from dealership to dealership seeking out the best deals on whatever vehicle you wanted, and I’d honestly be happy doing it. I love the smell of new cars. I love test driving them. I love learning about the new features that the newer cars have to offer. I’m just a vehicle lover!
So today, I’ve headed over to Berkley Ford’s website to check out what they have to offer. I was scooping out to see what my trade in value would be on my current paid in full vehicle would bring me. Unfortunately due to the mileage on mine vehicle the lovely Internet wasn’t able to be of any assistance. However, I did receive a FAST customer service email back from one of the sales representatives from Berkley. To me that is an important concept.
There is nothing worse in my opinion to be ready to buy a vehicle and going to a dealership and not getting proper attention. Of course, on the flip side to that coin is I don’t want the sales people to act like vultures too. I’ve bought my fair share of new vehicles in my lifetime. My Dad literally use to trade in cars EVERY year for most of my life. So, when a dealership has that happy medium of promptness that goes a long way in my book.
Berkley’s Ford’s website has the feature of allowing me to create my own vehicle of my dreams. I can choose from every feature the car has to offer. When I’m done, I get the quote complete with an estimated monthly payment. I played around with the 2014 Fiesta Titanium Hatchback car because I think those vehicles are practical looking.
I have to say though that Berkeley Ford has a wide selection of both new and pre-owned vehicles that are well worth looking at. I also feel that their customer service from what I can see is pretty top notch. Considering it would be over an hour drive one way for me to go check them out personally, they have definitely peeked my interest in going to see them. They have made it so if I am in the market to get a new vehicle that I would definitely consider checking them out.
