I purchased this book myself, and I’ve been holding it on my main carousel of my Kindle for a while now. I decided to dive into reading it the other day, and I’m glad I did.
Finding Infinity is about a woman who has to move to her mom’s small town, Infinity, due to her mother having some health problems. Libby decides upon her arrival to this town to open up a cupcake shop. As a result, she ends up becoming a target. In turn, there are a lot of events that sabotage the success of her cupcake shop.
Meanwhile, she meets Tucker, who is an undercover cop. Throughout the entire book their relationship is a complicated one at best. There is always this underlining romance and chemistry between them whenever they are together. The reader can actually feel it that’s how hot it is.
I must say I felt for Libby all throughout this book because I know what it’s like to live in a small town and feel like the whole town can’t stand you for reasons unknown to you. It’s amazing how much damage one person against you can cause when you live in a small town too. Let’s just say I’ve been there and done that. I don’t miss it one bit.
Her owning a horse and the little bits of the book that talk about her relationship with Sugar are definitely added benefits in my book due to my love of horses. There was enough of that part of the book to make me remember my days of riding. I love how the author showcases the bond between horse and rider.
Overall, I do recommend this book for anyone who wants a bit of mystery to solve mixed with some romance and small town drama. You can get it on Amazon for $3.99.
Since I seem to be on this kick, tell me what’s a good mystery romance that you’ve read lately?
This sounds like the kind of book I’d enjoy, thanks for recommending it!
You’re welcome.
Sounds like an interesting read. I know how small towns can be too closely knit sometimes.
Small towns totally are very close knit. I have a love/hate relationship with it.
I haven’t read a mystery romance in soooo long, but I do really enjoy them! I have GOT to read this one!
I’d love to hear what you think of it after you read it.
This sounds like a good read. I’ll have to check it out.
Wow, it sounds like this book was a great fit for you. I don’t necessarily relate to the character on the same elements that you do, but Libby sounds like a well-developed character. I’d love to pick this one up (or get it for my Kindle).
It was on sale for FREE when I got it. If you have that new Kindle Unlimited plan you can get it for free still. 🙂
