I have been wanting to give coconut oil a try for some time now, but have found it to be more costly than I really want to spend. However, when I was given the chance to try out Pure MCT Coconut Oil for my own personal use it was something I jumped at.
My interest in coconut oil actually came about due to the seeing so many posts on Pinterest that listed many ways to use it. I was in totally amazement about the things a person can use coconut oil for. One of the things that especially caught my attention is the fact that it is suppose to help with thyroid issues.
Jennifer from Hybridrastamama.com gave us 333 uses for coconut oil that are all pretty amazing. I mentioned the thyroid part. I was also shocked to find that it can be used to help remove moles. I definitely have to get the compress recipe she mentioned and use the oil to remove some moles on my body. I’ve had the three moles that are on my neck for all of my life, but lately they’ve become a pain in the tail end.
I’ve also found that coconut oil used in the right way also makes certain things taste even better, especially chicken. There are a lot of recipes that you can include it in where you get to get to take advantage of the coconut oil benefits and cut back on other negative things taking place.
I love the fact that Pure MCT Oil is free of GMOs, preservatives, and artificial ingredients. I mentioned that I’m trying to find more things to enjoy that are gluten free too. It is suppose to help with weight management. I haven’t used it long enough to notice a difference. If it happens, I’ll definitely be sure to update this blog post.
Do you use coconut oil? If so, how?
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.
I love coconut oil! I made fudge with it yesterday (thrown in the food processor with banana, honey, and cocoa powder, then frozen in squares), and it’s definitely my favorite moisturizer. Nothing gives you such softness 🙂
This sounds like really good and healthy fudge. I’m going to have to remember to create this myself. How much of each product do you add?
I use coconut oil for oil pulling.
Definitely a good way to use it for sure.
I’ve been wanting to check out coconut oil for some time now! I, too, have seen dozens of things on Pinterest that coconut oil is good for and it seems like such a neat thing that isn’t getting enough exposure. Thanks for sharing!
Your welcome. I was definitely on the fence about trying it when I see the chance, I snagged it. I’m glad I did.
Dang, thank you very much for posting this! It is going to help when I get Coconut Oil at the store! Super Incredible!
