Orange is the New Black has started Season 2 FINALLY. I couldn’t wait to see it. I totally enjoyed watching the first season. I expected there to be some shocking bits in this series because it covers the lives of women in prison.
The first season wasn’t so bad with the lesbian scenes in it. However, the second season seems to have a lot more of them and they show more of the woman’s body parts too. They also have a lot of other shocking aspects to it. Yet, despite all of that I am still completely engrossed in this series.
Orange is the New Black is one of those shows that has the ability to captivate a wide range of audiences. I know for me personally, I’m intrigued by what the world perceives prison to be like. Personally, I’m quite surprised by the freedoms the inmates have. They get to enjoy life, according to this series, more than I do in many ways.
This show is filled with loads of drama. Yet, at the same time it encompasses many different types of relationships. It has a way of showcasing how prison effects all of the people involved with someone going to prison. I love that aspect of this show a lot.
I have never talked to anyone really about what prison is like, and I’ve never stepped foot in one. I have no clue what is really a reality of prison life verses what is just ‘for good TV.’ Yet, I am very curious about this topic. I can’t wait to find out more about these women’s life in prison. I am almost completely finished with season 2, and I can tell you now I will be eager for season 3.

I wish I could say I was finished. I’m enjoying it, and trying to watch it every chance I get. I hope to have it finished by this weekend. (Of course, there’s going to be a longer wait for Season 3 the sooner I get it finished.)
