I was gamer long before it was considered cool to be a gamer. I have owned every system that has come out. I do still currently have PS3, XBox 360, Playstation Vita, Wii, Wii U, and my wife and kids play on their Wii U. I’ve gotten my wife and kids hooked on playing games too. Now I’m a manager at GameStop, so I’m what you would consider a die hard gamer.
I’m excited about the two upcoming systems especially now that Microsoft has heard what we the consumers, the average person, had to say. I can honestly say that I’m looking forward to actually seeing the XBOX One right beside my PS4.
For those who say you have to be a die hard XBox or Sony person, I have one thing to say to them, “Open your horizons!”
If you look at the consoles they are so evenly matched, but with unique features each. That me personally, I can not limit myself to being a fan to one or the other. Of course, I have always been one of those die hard video gamers who has gotten every system that has every hit the market.

We are considering buying a gaming system for Christmas, so this was really helpful! I am definitely keeping this post so I can refer back! :)-Ashley
We got the Wii U last year as our Christmas present and we love it. Del states that he is not partial to one system over the other. However, for me personally the XBOX One is the one I’m most eager to see because I love the idea of it being an all in one. Plus the voice command option REALLY appeals to me, although with three kids, I am not to sure how that’s going to work out to well.
I’m glad you stopped by my page and commented. I have missed your blog a lot. I’m so glad I get to be a visitor to your site on the regular again.
I have been playing games since I was old enough to hold a controller. I buy almost every system that comes out and have a huge collection of games. As far as the battle between xbox one and ps4 I have to side with PS4 it’s well known the PS4 has higher fps even if only slightly and I find that the Playstation community tends to be less immature. That’s just my opinion anyways lol
(This is Del.)I have been playing since I was young also. Remember when the Atari was the state of the art. So I understand what you mean as far as the game systems go. I would have to agree with you slightly that the PS community is less intolerate of immature behavior than the XBox community. Saying this, I would have to say that I know of a few “me personally” people that prefer the XBox community over the PS community because it is more open.
